Ireland’s first supervised drug injection center could launch in Dublin in 2016

Within the next couple of months Ireland may be opening a new way to help those struggling with drug addiction.  70% of Ireland’s convictions are drug related.  This program follows a new approach to decriminalize the person, not the drug.
