Have you used an e-cigarette to help you quit smoking? How did it work for you? Should these products be controlled and regulated in the same way as traditional cigarettes?
I have used blu, then one that is bigger and heavier but looks like a cigarette, now I am trying the ones with the juice. I do enjoy the flavoring in them, and the cleanliness of them compared to smoking. It is safer around children, because these can be turned off and the other e-cigs are ready to go by just puffing on them. I hope to quit smoking again. I have stopped two times, now the third time will be for the rest of my life.
I loved vaping instead of smoking tobacco, since my health improved, it stank less and cost less. Yet after two years, I developed two mouth ulcers (ickky) and so I quit nicotine altogether. Two months later, I’m back to smoking a tobacco pipe. However, I have a different reaction to “quitting” now — it’s strange, but I actually enjoy the withdrawal symptoms now. Hard to explain, but I’m enjoying my addiction to nicotine more than ever, especially when I try to “quit.”
