One of the most important ways you can help us to help others is to submit your story to the International Quit & Recovery Registry. Every story is unique and powerful and we want to share yours. E-mail it to us at iqrr@vtc.vt.edu and we will share it here with others in recovery. Don’t worry about spelling or grammar, we’ve got you covered.
How do we know when/if story selected?
